Refund & Exchange General Information
You have 7 business days from receipt of your item to return it back to us for a refund or an exchange. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent back in unworn condition with the original package and attached packing list. Please make a simple note for the reason of return (i.e. too big) or the request for exchange (i.e. I want the same shoe but in size EU 38) on the attached packing list. All of this information is extremely important. Failure to include this information may delay or prevent us from properly processing your return.
PLEASE NOTE: We guarantee that we will send you the item that we describe, but we do not guarantee that the shoes will fit your feet. If in fact we did make a mistake sending you the wrong pair of shoes, we will rectify the situation, either getting you the correct item, or processing a refund including shipping charges. We will require that the incorrect item be sent back to us first for the inspection.
Refund Returns
A return for a refund will be processed for the original purchase price minus the shipping charges with the applicable taxes. Your refund will be processed reversely through the original method of payment. For example, if you paid using your Visa card, the refund will be credited to that Visa card.
Exchange Returns
If you want to make an exchange for other color, size options or completely different styles, you may check our website or contact us to find out if the exchange is available, or simply write down your exchange request on the attached packing list sending back to us along with the original package. We will email you the confirmation for the exchange based on the availability, in the meanwhile, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping fee to us via Paypal to enable the exchange.
Processing Time
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise without any issue, we will process your return/exchange request within 2 business days. Please note that the refund takes about 3 to 7 business days from the issuing date to arrive in your account.
No refund or exchange on sale merchandise unless defect from factory has been verified. |
